Nyaoming, a small Youtuber looking to expand into making merchandise, requested a new look to launch her shop with. I worked with her to find a style she was really happy with, and designed several pieces of collateral based on this new look.

The new pieces of collatoral include:

  • Logo
  • Background/Motifs
  • Ads for Social Media
  • Business Cards
  • Website Mockup

TAAFI is an organization that holds a conference every year for those in the animation industry. The conference features unique branding every year, so I had a lot of freedom to create something new that I felt fit the "TAAFI" image.

The collatoral I designed includes:

  • Conference Information booklet
  • Table About Pamphlet
  • Badge Design

Dutch Bros. Coffee is a chain of drive thru coffee stands with a relaxed and chill vibe. I performed a usability study of their website during May 2024, which gave me insight into some navigation issues. I then did a very slight resdesign of the website that addressed these issues without being too much work.

Comparison

There were two changes I suggested that are visible from the home page - the navigation and then the wording of a button. For the navigation, it was originally split between two sides. During my testing, I noticed that no one looked at the icon side, so I decided to condense the nav to be all in the same place. The button's wording was changed to make it more clear where users were going - they were being taken to a menu specifically for the new drink, not the full menu.

The way to view nutrition information from the website originally was extremely painful. A user would have to look at a large non-searchable pdf datasheet full of numbers and cross reference it with what they wanted to order. Absolutely no one liked this in testing, so my suggested solution was to have the information embedded within the drink pages themselves, very similar to how Starbucks does it.
